You do not need a reason and you do not need an account. Tell us what you want done and how to reach you, and we answer within thirty days — the limit the GDPR gives us.
Access. A copy of everything we hold about you, and where it came from.
Deletion. Removal of your personal data. We keep only what the law obliges us to keep, and we tell you what that is.
Correction. Anything wrong gets fixed — a misspelled name, an old company, a wrong number.
Portability. Your data in a machine-readable file, to take elsewhere.
Restriction and objection. Stop us using your data in a particular way while a question is open, or object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
Withdraw consent. For anything you agreed to, at any time, without giving a reason.
The request is registered with a deadline and goes to the person responsible. Nothing is done to your data automatically — we verify first that the request comes from you, because a form that deleted records on demand would let anyone delete someone else’s.
If we need to confirm your identity we write to the address you give us. Then we act, and we tell you what we did.
